All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by your card issuer.

If your card payment is declined:

Reorder Required
We cannot reinstate failed payments, so you will need to place your order again.

Before reordering, check:

✔ Card details (number, expiry date, name)
✔ Correct 3-digit CVV code
✔ Sufficient balance
✔ Card issuer approval (contact your bank if unsure)

If payment still fails, try:

• A different card

• PayPal

• Apple Pay
