Thank you for shopping with Funteelove.
Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are processed, usually within 2–3 hours after being placed.

  • If you have completed payment and wish to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.

Once packaging and shipping have begun, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.


2. Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Because our apparel is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the issue is caused by our error.

If you request cancellation or a refund after your order has been processed, a 20% restocking fee plus any shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


3. Eligible Refund or Replacement Cases

You may qualify for a refund or free replacement if:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong product or size

  • Your order did not arrive within the guaranteed delivery time (25 business days, excluding 2–5 business days processing time)

In these cases:

  • No restocking fee will be charged

  • You may choose either a full refund or a replacement shipment


4. Non-Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Orders shipped with incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays or losses due to uncontrollable circumstances (customs inspections, weather, postal strikes, natural disasters)

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Items sent back outside the approved return window


5. Return Conditions

If your return is approved, please follow the instructions below:

All returns must be shipped to our official return warehouse:

⚠️ Do NOT send returns to the address on your shipping label — that is not our return warehouse.

Packaging Requirements

  • Items must be returned in original packaging, including tags, bags, or boxes

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in resellable condition

  • Damaged or incomplete packaging may result in rejection of the return

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error

  • A trackable shipping method is required to ensure safe delivery

Final Inspection

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval, rejection, or replacement status.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times may vary

  3. Contact your bank — refunds can take several business days to appear
